Today, my son and I went to see Designing 007: 50 Years of Bond Style in Toronto.
The exhibition displays gadgets, artwork, costumes, models (as in miniature vehicles, not the swimsuit wearing kind),
Anyone who knows me is aware that I am a big 007 fan! We were humming the 007 theme song all the way downtown.
Here are some of the highlights of the exhibition:
1) Scaramanga's gun from "The Man with the Golden Gun"
2) The suitcase in "From Russia, With Love"
3) Jaw's Teeth from "The Spy who Loved Me" and "Moonraker"
4) Odd Job's Hat from "Goldfinger"
5) A Replica of Ian Fleming's Golden Typewriter
I do have some suggestions for the organizers:
- Dress the presenters in tuxedos
- Have some 007 vehicles (rather then just small scale models) like Goldfinger's car or the boat from "The World is Not Enough"
- Get the laser from the "Goldfinger" movie
I have just scratched the surface of what was on display! If you are a fan of James Bond, go see the exhibit in Toronto!
Have a magical day from Jonathan Hull Magic!
